The Compliment Game is easy to play.

Jennie was a wife who was committed to keeping her size and shape no matter the effort it took. But after having two kids and her husband no longer able to bare the brunt of the workload, she finds herself unable to get back to size and weight she was before hand. The husband, ever the pleaser, decided to try and cheer her up by getting his buddy to play the Compliment Game with her.
